Our second Impact Report looks back at our work in 2023 and details how we aim to keep driving positive change in the year ahead.

We are a small business with big aspirations to influence positive change.
As we navigate our way, it’s important to be honest and transparent about our journey, the objectives we want to achieve and the challenges we face.
Our second annual Impact Report documents how we have fared over the last year, highlighting areas of responsibility we believe are key - people, planet and prosperity.
The report delves into our work in promoting sustainability, diversity, inclusion and social responsibility, with a focus on creating the right workplace culture, leading initiatives to protect our environment and supporting our local communities.
By being open, we hope to harness trust and growth, both within our organisation and all those we work alongside.
Which is why, just as importantly, the report highlights areas we know we have to do more, if we want to achieve all of our goals and aspirations.
"The publication of our second annual Impact Report is another significant step for NOSY," said founder Matt Greg.
NOSY won the Environment and Sustainability Award at the Isle of Wight Chamber Business Awards in 2023
"We have learned a lot since our first Impact Report, and while we have seen some real progress, we are committed to improving ourselves in the areas we can influence.
"We invite you to explore the report, find common interests, and contribute to positive change

"We believe, by coming together, we can make a real difference."
We live in a world where 'growth at all costs' doesn't align with a sustainable future. Instead, we look at the impact we have on the prosperity of people as a key benchmark of our success.
The East Cowes community came out in force to help tidy up the town recently, in the latest installment of our Rubbish Networking event.
When numbers to Cowes Harbour Commission’s AGM declined, action was needed to conserve the communication. We were pleased to help.
