NOSY has been recognised as one of the UK's small businesses leading the way in sustainability-led growth.
11 February, 2026

In February 2026, we were selected for the Green Growth 100, an initiative launched by Small Business Britain in partnership with BT. The programme spotlights 100 small businesses across the UK that are embedding sustainability into their operations and using it as a driver of long-term commercial performance.
The Green Growth 100 champions organisations that are taking measurable steps to reduce waste and energy use, rethink supply chains, attract new customers and strengthen operational resilience.

Founded in 2018, our company has positioned sustainability as a core part of its strategy and day-to-day operations.
This includes:
On being named in the Green Growth 100, Matt Greg, Founder of NOSY, explains:
"We prioritise ethical procurement, green digital infrastructure, low-waste working practices and transparent impact reporting. Our team also contributes to community initiatives, including Rubbish Networking, which combines local litter-picking with relationship-building. Green Growth 100 is an excellent recognition of our efforts."
Michelle Ovens CBE, CEO and Founder of Small Business Britain, said:
"The Green Growth 100 celebrates the small businesses that are showing sustainability and growth go hand in hand. These businesses are not only reducing their environmental impact, but also strengthening their operations, engaging customers, and building more resilient business models. NOSY is a brilliant example of how sustainability can fuel long-term success."
Chris Sims, Chief Commercial Officer, UK Business, at BT, added:
"The businesses in the Green Growth 100 are setting the benchmark for how sustainability can unlock innovation and commercial opportunity. It's inspiring to see how small businesses across the UK are turning greener practices into real business growth. We're proud to support this initiative and congratulate NOSY on being recognised."

The Green Growth 100 follows the Willow Review, an independent, Government-backed review into the financial benefits of sustainability for small businesses, co-chaired by Small Business Britain with BT sitting as a Steering Board member. The Review set out recommendations designed to unlock the financial opportunities of sustainability for the UK's 5.6 million small businesses.
As a business featured on the Green Growth 100, NOSY will also be in the running for the Green Growth Awards, hosted by BT on 12 March 2026. Two standout businesses from the line-up will be awarded a £5,000 grant to help scale their sustainability ambitions and continue driving positive change.

We live in a world where 'growth at all costs' doesn't align with a sustainable future. Instead, we look at the impact we have on the prosperity of people as a key benchmark of our success.
