NOSY has been named a finalist at the Lloyds British Business Excellence Awards. What’s particularly pleasing is the meaning behind it.

We are thrilled to be named a finalist at the Lloyds British Business Excellence Awards.
It's one thing being recognised by the UK's largest and most prestigious business awards programme, it's another when the category aligns to everything we're about.
Being named alongside some fantastic organisations in The Purpose Before Profit Award feels really special.
This category recognises companies who put their purpose before profit and prove that ethics, integrity and a social conscience make commercial sense.
NOSY founder, Matt Greg, said:
"We’re really proud of this.
"Every decision we make, from hiring to client selection, is grounded in five core principles: be curious, work with purpose, share openly, grow from mistakes, and help the world.
"Since 2022, we've embedded these values into a new business model that prioritises long-term impact over short-term profit.
"This strategy has driven meaningful and measurable success and it's an approach our clients consistently cite as key reasons for working with us.
"We're humbled to be recognised and look forward to what comes next.
"Congratulations to all other finalists too."
Mountbatten CEO Nigel Hartley explains how our long-standing relationship has enabled the hospice to share a succession of impactful stories.
The arrival of Dan Carley as our new Client Director further reinforces our commitment to make NOSY a relationship-first agency.
For this year’s Isle of Wight Chamber Business Expo, we decided on an alternative approach to the usual merch giveaways. The response was potty.
