The Product of Change sustainability conference brought together many inspiring individuals, including an award-winning eight year old, whose story helped to simplify sustainability.

If ever we need a reminder about the importance of protecting our planet for future generations, just Google ‘Moksha Roy’.
The eight year old, considered the world’s youngest sustainability advocate, was a special guest at the Products of Change conference we attended last week.
Moksha, who received the Points of Light Award last year, in recognition of her advocacy work, kicked the conference off with an inspiring keynote speech.
Appealing to the adult delegates, she described how children believe their toys are made by pixies and fairies.
She implored her audience to be those pixies and fairies, ensuring products are made to protect both the children who use them and the planet they will grow up in.
It was quite the opening to an event that brought together like-minded businesses and individuals, all committed to working more sustainably.

NOSY is proud to work with Products of Change, helping to support their mission to accelerate positive impact on climate change across the brand industry.
We have worked closely with them since 2022, devising a new creative strategy, which has included a rebrand, a new hub-style website and general marketing support.
Many of the brands Products of Change works with were in attendance at the conference, including Hannah Perry and Georgina Savva from Tony’s Chocolonely, who talked about how people buy into their sustainable approach with chocolate because of their story and authenticity.

It was a great example of how a sustainable and ethical chocolate brand can prosper in a crowded market of cheaper, less people and planet-friendly alternatives.
Key themes discussed centred around the importance of collaboration, while there was a collective acknowledgement that fulfilling sustainability ambitions does not come easy.
The consensus was that perfection is impossible when it comes to making sustainable change, and that’s okay. Companies should not be fearful of sharing their sustainability steps because they are worried about being criticised for not doing enough.
We can all do more or do better but we were reassured that it’s a never-ending journey of improvement. Most importantly, what matters is that people are on that journey of partnerships and support together.
Inspiring. Reassuring. Motivating. What a fantastic event. Thanks to the team at Products of Change.
