Environmental issues are at the forefront of NOSY, we are committed to becoming more sustainable by reducing and offsetting our carbon footprint. We aim to conduct our operations with minimal impact on the environment.

We’ve set objectives and targets in order to improve our environmental performance which is regularly reviewed. Our clients, team members, suppliers and our network all want to know that WE are doing the right thing for our planet.

  • Moved into a new sustainable office with a biophilic design.
  • Began using software to monitor our emissions by scope (CO2e)
  • Became a member of 1% for the Planet.
  • Partnered with Hampshire & Isle of Wight Wildlife Trust.

  • Joined Green Impact Award.
  • Launched Rubbish Networking.
  • Introduced eco workshops.
  • Introduced extra holiday and paid volunteer days to all staff contracts.

  • Became a Living Wage Employer.
  • Introduced a Chief Sustainability Officer.
  • Banned bleach and introduced eco-cleaning.

  • Donated surplus office furniture to sell and profit is used to plant trees/green incentives.
  • Became 12-month climate positive, avoided 76.3 tCO2e (ton carbon dioxide equivalent) and planted 2,850 trees via Ecologi.
  • Hosted 5 Rubbish Networking Events collecting 39 black bags of litter with the help of our sponsor Betapak.
  • Reduced waste by 22%.
  • Reduced Water usage by 34%.
