We're thrilled to have been nominated in the categories of Entrepreneurship and Training, and are very much looking forward to the awards night on May 6th.

It's been a busy year for NOSY and we are extremely proud to have been nominated for two Official Isle of Wight Chamber 2022 Business Awards:
1) Entrepreneurship Award
"This award recognises exceptional success for a business, driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and drive. Judges will be rewarding outstanding growth, backed up by inspiration and vision, hard work, action and innovation."
2) Training and Development Award
"This award recognises commitment from a business to developing their staff with training. Judges will be rewarding businesses that are investing in their teams."
The second award nomination is of special importance to us. We have worked hard over the past year to develop our team; from external training to in-house initiatives.
Team development is at the heart of what we do here at NOSY and we've seen some amazing progression with team members:
Reno (previously a History Teacher), now SEO & PPC Manager
April (previously a Retail Assistant), now Operations Director
Laurence (previously a Care Worker), now Videographer
Alex - progressed through the Kickstarter scheme to a full-time Videographer
We'd like to thank our customers for all the support they've given us this year – we couldn't do it without you!
Our business is based on three core areas - People, Planet and Prosperity. In our latest Impact Report, we take a closer look at the progress we've made over the last year around each one. Starting with People.
Showcasing expertise and passion for sustainable building was becoming a problem for Sydenhams Timber Engineering. It was one NOSY was very happy to solve.
Solene Pasquier's career path has been both inspiring and slightly unorthodox. We discover how Solene's experiences in Hong Kong and the Isle of Wight have helped shape her artistic talent.
