We live in a world where 'growth at all costs' doesn't align with a sustainable future. Instead, we look at the impact we have on the prosperity of people as a key benchmark of our success.

Profit is clearly important for our growth and survival. But at what cost?
If we don't value and support our team, our clients and our communities, we're failing as a business, no matter how much money we might have.
When we judge our impact, we look at three key areas over profit - People, Planet and Prosperity.
For NOSY, this creates value beyond financial return.
In our latest Impact Report, we detail some of the measures we've taken to meet our objectives across each theme.
For the prosperity of our staff, we have committed to the Living Wage initiative, ensuring our team receives a salary that reflects the cost of living.
NOSY's average gross pay is over 20% higher than the Isle of Wight and 7.5% more than the UK average. Paying our staff appropriately is really important.
Offering a good benefits package is significant too, with initiatives like a 20% profit share scheme, training and volunteering opportunities, service discounts and a paid day off for birthdays all included.
Our greatest opportunity to create positive impact and drive prosperity comes from working with clients, especially those who are already making a difference, or are on the journey to becoming more sustainable.
We remain loyal to this approach, continuing to reject projects that don’t align with our environmental and social values.
Supporting our local community is our other key commitment, one we believe all businesses should make.
From running free workshops and community litter picks to giving back to charity, we’ve enjoyed making new connections and hopefully making a difference.

The East Cowes community came out in force to help tidy up the town recently, in the latest installment of our Rubbish Networking event.
When numbers to Cowes Harbour Commission’s AGM declined, action was needed to conserve the communication. We were pleased to help.
NOSY has been named a finalist at the Lloyds British Business Excellence Awards. What’s particularly pleasing is the meaning behind it.
