Rubbish Networking 2023

The Rubbish Networking event was a resounding success, uniting individuals passionate about environmental preservation. Held at Seaclose Park on June 30th, the event was made possible through the generous sponsorship of Betapak, who provided the equipment and facilitated waste removal. We also had the pleasure of partnering with French Franks, who kindly offered a selection of bacon and veggie baguettes to the volunteers (it was delicious).

Rubbish Networking attracted a diverse group of participants, including experienced litter pickers, four legged friends and first-time volunteers, all driven by a shared commitment to making a positive impact on the environment. The event fostered a strong sense of community and camaraderie among like-minded individuals.

The collective efforts of Rubbish Networking volunteers resulted in the impressive collection of rubbish. This achievement showcased the participants' dedication to creating a cleaner and greener community.
