The Evolution

2024

Measured and accountable

Tracked total emissions at 23.6 tCO2e and expanded measurement across operations. 61% of clients actively improving environmental impact. Introduced profit share across the team and continued commitments to 1% for the Planet and Ecologi.

2023

Building the framework

Published our first annual impact report and introduced emissions tracking by scope (CO2e). Moved into a more sustainable, biophilic workspace and became a member of 1% for the Planet.

2022

Embedding sustainable practice

Established environmental systems and policies across the business. Became a Living Wage employer and launched Rubbish Networking and wider community initiatives. Achieved climate positive status through carbon avoidance and tree planting.

2021

Changing how we work

Introduced hybrid working and began our partnership with Ecologi.

2020

Setting the foundations

Introduced recycling systems and embedded training and development into team culture.
